SHIPPING POLICY

Sheebah Extensions offers Worldwide shipping. All our products that are available on our website and in stock will ship in the next business days.

Normal processing is 7-10 business days and 2-3 business days for shipping. Please keep this in mind when purchasing your extensions and booking your appointment with your stylist. All deliveries require signature confirmation. Tracking Identification numbers will automatically be sent to the email address on file once shipped.

During holidays, sales and pandemics, expect an additional processing time to account for delays, shipping delays to get items.  If you ever have any questions about your order or the status of your order please do not hesitate to contact us at info@sheebahextensions.com.  

Please note, domestic orders may be subject to fraud prevention protocol. In this case, we will require a copy of the credit card used for purchase with matching photo identification. All deliveries require signature confirmation.

Tracking Identification numbers will automatically be sent to the email address on file once shipped.

PRE-ORDER POLICY

Pre-orders can take 10-12 business days for processing, please keep this in mind when purchasing your extensions and booking your appointment with your stylist. Some pre-orders can ship within 5 business days.

OVERNIGHT POLICY

For overnight orders contact a representative by emailing us at info@sheebahextensions.com. Please subject your email as ‘Overnight Request’. The deadline for emails sent for an overnight request is 10 am PST.

All overnight orders have to be approved first and depend on availability. If approved, you will be sent an invoice, and payment is required by 2 pm PST.

INTERNATIONAL POLICY

All international orders may be subject to local customs, duties, and taxes. You are wholly responsible and liable for these charges. Please refer to your local customs authority for more information.
