All sales are FINAL and there are no refunds allowed on any of the Hair & Lashes Extensions.
Our refund and returns policy last 15 day on qualifying products. If 15 day has passed since your purchase, we are sorry we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at returns@sheebahextensions.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Also, there will be a 25% restocking plus shipping fee taken from the refund of the total amount. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned or exchanged such as:
- Gift cards
- Any Lace Closures & Frontals, Wigs
- Some health and personal care items
- Products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 21 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at: refund@sheebahextensions.com.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@sheebahextensions.com and we will share the details and how to return and exchange your items.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

We are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen goods that are sent back to us for any returns or exchanges. If you obtain a tracking number, please email us the tracking number so we can also be on the lookout for your return as well. All shipments to us are your responsibility and we will not pay for return or exchange shipping costs unless it was a mistake on our end and/or you received incorrect items. Only then will we cover the return shipping costs by emailing you a shipping label that can be printed out and put on a box/bag to ship back to us with.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
